Shipping Policy

Local Pick-Up

All items that are ordered and marked for local pick-up, are collectible at our Head Office: NSPE, 33 Kruger Street, Mount Pleasant, Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape, South Africa, 6070. Local pick-up orders will be made ready for pick-up within 48 working hours of the order and full payment being received (subject to arrival of stock at our Head Office). 

Local Pick-up Orders for our Store branch needs to be communicated with 1 of our sales team members ahead of time to assist in creating the order for you and to ensure the item is collectible from our store. 

Delivery

All orders that are to be shipped will be made ready for courier pick-up within 48 working hours of the order, and full payment is received.

Couriers

Our preferred couriers are Internet Express, RAM, Skynet and The Courier Guy, their turnaround times for deliveries vary once items have been picked up from our depots but can be viewed as follows:

South African Metro Areas: 2-5 working days

South African Regional Areas: 2-5 working days

South African Rural Areas: 3-6 working days
