Refund Policy

All items bought from NSPE's online store have a minimal of 6-months warranty, unless otherwise stated.

 

24-hours of item arrival:

If an item is bought from NSPE and arrives Dead on Arrival (DOA) we will swap the item(s) out for another. We require customers to contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item(s) for this policy to be in effect.

 

In this case, we will require all merchandise such as cables and other accessories or peripherals that came with the product to be sent back with the product purchased.

 

No handling or courier (where applicable) fees will be charged to exchange the DOA item.

 

If there are any items missing, or any tampering is discovered, we have the right to refuse a refund until the said items are returned.

 

7-days of item arrival:

If an item fails within 7 days of purchase, we will swap the item out for another, or on request, the client may be eligible to be fully refunded for the purchase, subject to below conditions.

 

Subject to no tampering or missing items of the purchase, for which we have the right to refuse a refund and handling fee(s) and/or charges on missing and/or tampered items will be charged to the client.

 

The client will not be charged a repair fee unless it is determined that it was due to the negligence of the customer that the device has become defective.

 

If the client purchases the wrong item, we will allow the return of the item if it is done within 7 days of purchase, the customer will be given a refund for the item but will be liable for the courier costs and handling fee of 15%.

 

To start a return, you can contact us at shop@NSPE.co.za. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide confirmation of this, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Digital Products

There is no refunds on digital products, such as software keys.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order carefully upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve such.

 

For returned products it is the customers responsibility to ensure that the product is adequately wrapped or packaged to prevent any damage. NSPE cannot accept any responsibility for returned packages that are damaged during transit.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted and we have given you your refund or credit note, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If the device is declared to be faulty by the client and on testing and inspection it is found to be in working order by our technicians, the courier costs of the return and/or technician costs, will be for the customer's account.
